Ray Cash vows to put Cleveland back on the map. This Cleveland native states, “A lot of people are not considered MCs. What separates me is my actual rapping. I go hard with the music and take what I say seriously.”
His debut CD Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) will be in stores on June 27th. Listeners won’t be disappointed because this young dude from Cleveland can rap. “I’m here to stay. I want that longevity. When you listen to this album, I want you to say it’s like a breath of fresh air,” states Cash.
Cash On Delivery was produced by Rockwilder, Rick Rock and Knoxxxx. Cash also has a few guest appearances on a few tracks. “I wanted to work with these dudes out of respect,” he says of Scarface, Bun B and Pimp C. “It was an honor and pleasure to work with them.”
Cash is currently on The Blood Money tour with Mobb Deep and plans on going on his own tour once that’s over.
Cash On Delivery will be in stores on June 27th. Cash states at the end of the interview, “Everybody in Cleveland still got it. Bones back. I’m here. It’s going down.”
